Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between plans?

We currently have four meal plans.  If you have questions on which plan is best for you… give us a call, we are always happy to help!

The Traditional Plan

This is our recipe based meal plan. Our Traditional Meal Plan includes meals that you know and love, made with fresh and healthy ingredients! Many people love these meals since they provide nutrition, but are still abundant in flavor.

The Performance Plan

This plan is Gluten/Dairy free. Some of the starches include white/brown rice, quinoa, and sweet potatoes. The meals are seasoned so they still have flavor, but if you’re looking for a simple, clean meal plan, then this is the one for you!

*Both the Traditional & Performance meals have around 4oz of protein, 4oz of starch, and about 1.5 cups of veggies.

The Plant Based Plan

This is our Vegetarian/Vegan friendly plan. We don’t include seafood in these entrees; protein is mostly from the vegetables and starches we include in the meals.

The Keto/Low Carb Plan

Keto refers to very low-carb, high-fat diet which involves drastically reducing one’s carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. When this happens, your body becomes incredibly efficient at burning fat for energy. This diet is said to benefit many health ailments and produce helpful results, lowering insulin levels in the body.

What is the least number of meals I can get per week?

The lowest amount of meals per week is 5 entrees.  You are able to select 5 meals per week on all 4 plans (5 Day plan w/ 1 entree per day).  If you select this option, you will receive all 5 meals on Monday’s delivery.

Other amounts may be available, so if you are interested in a specific number of meals per week, just contact us so we can let you know what your options are.

Is there a contract or minimum subscription at sign up?

Signing up for ReBuilt Meals is completely commitment free! Our service bills weekly, and can be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting customer service. Otherwise, customers will be automatically billed for their plans every Thursday.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order online or via phone call!  Please feel free to give us a call at (813) 775-7104 ext 4 and we will be happy to answer all of your questions and get you set up with a start date.

What if I have a food allergy?

We follow all Food Safety Standards and Operating Procedures involving allergies and cross contamination in our kitchen.

If you do have specific allergies, after you sign up you will receive a follow up call which is when we encourage you to inform our representative of any allergies. It will then be documented and handled appropriately.

What is the delivery process?

We deliver every Monday and Thursday directly to your home. Numbers of deliveries per week will depend on how many meals per week you are subscribed to.  You will receive the meals at your door between 12am-6am in a ReBuilt Meals insulated bag.  The bag will need to be left out the night before the next delivery, this way the driver can pick up the bag and replace it with a new one.  Meal containers themselves do not need to be returned, therefor we highly recommend recycling them.

We do have pick-up locations available throughout our delivery range.  The delivery days are congruent with home delivery, although times for pick up may vary depending on location.  Please contact customer service should you have questions.

What are the available Pick Up Locations?

FTX – Spring Hill – (9246 Cortez Blvd, Weeki Wachee, FL 34613)

Am I able to pick up from a location even if I am not a member there?

(Times for pick up vary depending on location.  Please reach out if you have questions)

What is Dry Ice, and how does it work?

Dry ice is a solid form of carbon dioxide. The benefit of using dry ice is it is much colder than regular ice; dry ice is able to keep your meals cold and fresh during the delivery process. The dry ice packets evaporate, so you may not see them in your bag, but if you do, simply handle with caution. They are safe to be disposed of in the trash.

How does the menu work?

Each plan has two set menus that change weekly; each menu has three different entrees, and you receive an even assortment of those meals each delivery. Each Tuesday evening we send the upcoming week’s menu to customers via email, as well as post it to the website. Click HERE to see menu.

What are the Macros for each item in your A La Carte plan?

Use this clickable link to view our A La Carte plan macros!  A La Carte Macros

Each row contains the full nutrition facts as well as serving size for the corresponding item.

Can I freeze my meals?

We don’t recommend freezing our meals; we cook and prepare our meals twice weekly to ensure that they are delivered fresh. Freezing the meals may affect the taste and quality.

Do you have a referral program?

One of the best! Anytime you refer someone over to us and they sign up, have them let us know you sent them and you will get $40 credited to the card on file!
