July 24, 2023 TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA – A top-tier, chef-prepared meal preparation company, ReBuilt Meals, was recently honored as one of Tampa Bay Business Journals 2023 “Fast 50” ranked growing companies. ReBuilt Meals is a meal preparation company that provides busy professionals and families with fully-cooked fresh meals, running a consistently rotating weekly menu and variations of meal options for every dietary need. To qualify for the Tampa Bay Business Journal's “Fast 50”, companies must be privately held and locally owned; been in operation since at least January 1, 2020; have annual revenue of at least $1 million in 2020 or $5 million in 2022; and be headquartered in Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk or Sarasota counties. Selections were made based on percentage of annual growth over a three-year period.

ReBuilt Meals has been operating since 2017, and started out in a small shared kitchen in Ybor City. Assaf attended the University of Tampa and after earning his MBA, he started ReBuilt Meals as a way to bring high-quality, fresh, and nutritious food into the homes of local busy Tampa Bay entrepreneurs. Since 2016, the company has experienced immense growth.
This last year, ReBuilt Meals has celebrated exponential growth as a company. ReBuilt expanded into three new pickup locations, revamped their brand ambassador and social media affiliate program to support new geographic areas, as well as provide more of a local community feel in its own backyard.
