Lauren, a Philadelphia-area native, brings nearly 20 years of marketing and communications experience and a wide range of knowledge in various industries. Her skill set consists of directing creative design; coordinating cohesive media buys; publishing and editing of a variety of publications; planning major awards and networking events; creating and implementing sponsorships; managing social media outlets; and website communications and design.
Lauren’s experience includes the financial and construction, tourism and hospitality industries, and includes experience in digital/ interactive, web design, public relations, social media, branding and event production.
She earned her Master of Arts: Professional Communications, at LaSalle University and a Bachelor of Arts: Journalism, Public Relations and Advertising, at Temple University. She also completed an Executive Leadership Development Program, focusing on hiring, coaching and development of staff, performance management, leadership, project management, business case development, and organizational development. She holds two certificates from the Center for Executive Education and Temple University's Fox School of Business: Women's Leadership and Agile Leadership.
In addition to her full-time dedication to marketing and communications for ReBuilt Meals, she moonlights as a fitness instructor. Formerly residing in Washington Township, NJ, she and her husband Mike have recently relocated to the sunshine state with their two French Bulldogs, Lola and JJ.
