Matthew is the Executive Chef of ReBuilt Meals, bringing 20 years of cooking experience to the table. Originally from Bradenton, FL, Matthew has lived in Tampa for over 15 years.
Matthew’s experience covers a wide range of industry specialties- from his humble beginnings at quick-service restaurants to fine dining and large banquets. His work in pastry has been featured in the Tampa Bay Times.
When it comes to developing the menus for ReBuilt Meals, Matthew takes an analytical approach to combining flavors and textures to create unique, nutrition-focused meals that have a wide appeal.
Outside the culinary world, Matthew is an avid rockhound who revels in digging and collecting unique minerals from around the world. When he can find time, Matthew also enjoys camping, relaxing at the beach or playing darts.
